On 17 March 2017 the Embassy of Hungary in partnership with Moldo Crescendo group organized an organ recital on the occasion of the 169th anniversary of the Hungarian Revolution of 1848-1849. The concert interpreted by organist Ádam Sándor Fazakas was held at the Roman-Catholic Cathedral in the presence of the diplomatic corps, the Hungarian compatriots and the church congregation.  In his welcome speech H.E. Mr. Mátyás Szilágyi, Ambassador of Hungary, remembered the heroes of the Revolution and expressed his gratitude to Mons. Anton Cosa, Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Chisinau, for hosting the concert. The audience had the opportunity to admire the masterpieces of the organ music from Transylvania and of such well-known classics as J.S. Bach and F. Liszt.
